Dental Operations Academy was created to solve a problem I've witnessed throughout more than 20 years of leadership in the dental industry. I've had the privilege of leading successful teams, opening new practices, and developing future leaders. Along the way, I've learned that technical skills alone don't create great dental professionals. The biggest drivers of success are self-awareness, exceptional customer service, and understanding how every interaction shapes the patient's perception and overall experience.
 

I've also seen the challenges that continue to impact dental practices every day. Front offices are often short-staffed, talented team members burn out, and motivated people leave the profession because they were never given the training and support they deserved. Too often, new hires are expected to learn in the middle of a busy office with little time for coaching, creating unnecessary stress for both the employee and the practice.

That's why I created Dental Operations Academy. DOA provides a structured, hands-on learning environment where individuals with little or no dental experience develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed before ever stepping into a dental practice.
