The Dental Operations Academy is a comprehensive 12-week training program designed to prepare students for success in today's dental practices. Classes meet two evenings each week (Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00 PM–9:00 PM) and every other Saturday (8:00 AM–12:00 PM), providing the perfect balance of classroom instruction, hands-on learning, and real-world application.
 

Throughout the program, students participate in live instruction, hands-on exercises, role-playing, mock patient interactions, scripting, and weekly competency assessments to build the confidence, professionalism, and skills that dental employers are looking for.

Every lesson is designed around real dental office scenarios—not just theory. Students practice through role-playing, scripting, hands-on exercises, and real-world case studies to develop the confidence needed to succeed from day one.

Graduates leave prepared to contribute immediately as a Business Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or Office Manager while developing the leadership skills needed for long-term career growth.
